Gadagne – A monument and its history

New permanent exhibition from 21 September 2024
Visuel web de Gadagne Monument

Discover - or rediscover - the Gadagne monument, a jewel of Renaissance architecture in Lyon that was completely renovated between 1998 and 2009. In light of the archaeological discoveries made, a new permanent exhibition space has been created; a space to deepen your understanding of the monument and find information on the history of the site and its relationship to the area and the city, as well as the lives of its most important residents. It also directs you towards eight architectural points of interest spread across the site, in order to give you a deeper understanding of one of Lyon's most stunning monuments.

The exhibition space and 4 of the monument's 8 architectural points of interest are free to access.
